All items offered are either in stock or on order if sold out. In the event of items not being in stock we will back order these items for a maximum of two weeks from the date of order. If at that time the manufacturer has not supplied us we will cancel the order and refund you in full.
Some items may differ slightly from the original picture shown on this site. The replacement item will be of the same or better quality. This does not apply to lamp lenses or manufacturer replacement items, these will be as they appear.

Any shortages or damages must be reported on receipt of your goods. Please advise the problem and give us as much information as possible.
Please note that if you order anything you know to be fragile, please check the item BEFORE you sign the carrier receipt. as if damage has occurred during transit we are insured for such losses.

All items are checked before packing. As we are a family firm we do not employ packers, we do it ourselves. If you find an item to be faulty on arrival please let us know immediately and we will sort the problem for you.

Any item ordered incorrectly may be returned at the buyers expense. When received we will issue a full credit for all items returned in new condition and still in makers packaging if applicable. Please note any wrapped item must not be opened before return.
